Multi-omic clinical system for controlled longevity

A multi-omic clinical framework that translates the science of biological ageing into precision medical practice, integrating whole genome sequencing and epigenetic profiling.

What we did

A multi-omic clinical framework that translates the science of biological ageing into precision medical practice. It integrates whole genome sequencing to characterise the genetic architecture, and high-resolution methylation arrays for epigenetic profiling.

On that basis, validated epigenetic clocks, polygenic risk models, blood biomarkers and structured clinical phenotyping are combined. It is a piece of personalised health sustained by a layer of data science of our own.

The system runs on an analytical pipeline that applies standardised corrections for confounding variables — cell composition and batch effects — which allows for reproducible intra-individual follow-up and risk stratification over time.

The genomic model identifies inherited susceptibility and pathway-level regulation: DNA repair, inflammation and methylation control. The epigenetic and metabolic layer captures, in parallel, the dynamic ageing state.
