Personalised health

We turn a system that reacts into tools that anticipate. We bring the omic, clinical and social profile of each patient into the care decision. We develop solutions in human, animal and plant health and in One Health.

Personalised health goes far beyond a genetic result. It is the application of molecular information across every aspect of the patient: medication, nutrition, lifestyle and individual factors, psychological ones included, and daily routines. And how that information is used across the whole care cycle: consulting room, inpatient care and emergency care.

From reactive health to preventive health

The omic sciences make it possible to know how each patient responds to each clinical decision, and to anticipate risks before they show. That knowledge transforms a patient's quality of life through decisions as concrete as a medication schedule or a person's diet.

Our work is to get that information to the professional in the format and at the moment the decision is made. It is a change in working method, in processes, in information and in communication with patients, and our team of clinicians and consultants sees it through from beginning to end.

Specific information for each professional

Each professional needs specific, up-to-date, verified information. Consulting room, inpatient or emergency care, public or private setting: each context calls for its own information and its own tools.

Our clinical team designs that working environment so that the professional finds at a glance the patient's context, what matters and what is urgent.

What we do

Personalised health strategy

Which specialties to bring in and in what order, which processes and clinical guidelines to update, under what business model, within which regulatory framework and against which continuous improvement indicators.

Clinical and genetic advice

Design of genetic, epigenetic and pharmacogenetic panels for each use case. Clinical interpretation of results and support for the specialist in their clinical integration, in complex cases and in continuing education.

Integration into clinical practice

The molecular result reaches the medical record and the centre's systems, interoperable and in the format of each specialty, alongside the information the professional already uses.

Applied to each specialty

Oncology

Genetic predisposition and treatment response. The marker is integrated with the oncology record, the pathology findings and the tumour board, and reaches the exact point where treatment is decided.

Mental health

Pharmacogenetics. The patient's metabolic profile is cross-checked against electronic prescribing and the treatment history to adjust the psychiatric drug and its dose from the first prescription.

Nutrition

Nutrigenetics. Recommendations based on the genetic profile and metabolic markers, built into gastroenterology, endocrinology or obesity clinics.

Longevity

Genetics, epigenetics and ageing biomarkers over the patient's historical series: a longevity programme with scientific rigour that updates with every new measurement.

Sports medicine

Genetic and epigenetic profile combined with training load and injury history, to anticipate risk and adjust planning alongside the technical team.

How we do it

We know clinical practice

Our clinicians know the consulting room, the ward and the emergency department from the inside, and define precisely what information each specialist needs and in what format.

We choose independently

We select the tests, panels and tools best suited to each specialty, thinking only of the patient and the professional.

Personalised health, brought into the centre

We analyse which specialty offers the greatest impact and how to integrate it into clinical practice.
