Design
We validate the hypothesis and the model in working sessions with the client, and determine whether each process calls for a workflow, a bespoke development or an agent. We deliver the solution validated before it is built.
Build
We build the pipeline, deploy the infrastructure where the data lives and develop the agent that automates the process, on GENESIS or on the client's own platform. We deliver the solution ready for production.
Validate
With the clinical professional we check how the solution performs in its real environment, against the agreed success criteria. We deliver the documented clinical and technical validation.
Sustain
We measure the agreed indicators, govern the solution and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. We deliver the evidence that the project works and the capacity to keep it evolving.
