Training in generative AI and machine learning

An executive programme of technical training in generative artificial intelligence and machine learning, aimed at the management board and the systems department of an in vitro diagnostics company.

The initiative was structured around the conceptualisation and practical demonstration of three biotechnology use cases, with purpose-built synthetic data to simulate real business and laboratory scenarios without exposing sensitive information.

The programme covered three analytical pillars. The explainability and transparency, with methods to break complex models down into interpretable, auditable variables. The actionability, showing how prediction translates into interventions on operational flows and reagent development. And the safe use of synthetic data to validate algorithms without compromising intellectual property.

It combines bioinformatics services, data science and Clinical processes and governed AI, the latter for the governance and auditability that integrating AI into regulated processes demands.
